&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nutrition:&lt;/strong&gt; Your assignment this week is a little more personal &amp;#8212; I want you to take an honest look at your eating habits, and pinpoint what the one thing is for you that may be keeping you from reaching your goals. For example, one client of mine used to write down all that she &amp;#8216;ate&amp;#8217; during the day, and her food diary was perfect! She couldn&amp;#8217;t figure out why she wasn&amp;#8217;t losing, that is, until she starting really paying attention to everything that went into her mouth - from tasting while she cooked, eating a few bites off the kids&amp;#8217; leftovers, even shoveling in a few forkfuls off the bottom of the pan before she washed it. All those mindless bites she forgot about added up to over 500 extra calories a day! Maybe you aren&amp;#8217;t a nibbler, maybe you prefer lots of liquid calories instead.. whatever it is try to find what may be keeping you from reaching your goals and focus on improving it for this week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Try this quick abs move from fitness expert &lt;a href="http://www.jessicasmith.tv/" target="_blank"&gt;Jessica Smith&lt;/a&gt; that works your entire body all at once! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To do it:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span&gt;Kneel on all fours, with your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips, and your back straight with your navel drawn in to your spine. Extend your right leg behind you and off the floor, and reach your left arm out and up off the floor. Trace a circle with your left arm and your right leg at the same time (this requires a little mental focus, much like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time), keeping your body still and your abs tight during the entire move. Trace 10 circles in total and then repeat on the other side.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Hopefully most of you are enjoying this three day weekend with family and friends. Even though its a holiday, let&amp;#8217;s stay the course with this challenge! We&amp;#8217;re down to our last two weeks, so let&amp;#8217;s make every day count!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Your WOD: 45-60 Minutes of Circuit-Style Strength Training &lt;/strong&gt;Keep your heart rate up with weights - little to no rest in between sets, add in some cardio intervals if you want, and aim to work your entire body. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This week&amp;#8217;s nutrition assignment:  &lt;/strong&gt;Sit down to eat, without distraction. Make every meal or snack a formal dining experience this week. Power down the TV, computer or iphone and focus on every bite. Studies show we eat up to 40 percent more when we&amp;#8217;re distracted. This goes for nibbling and &amp;#8216;tasting&amp;#8217; too - watch out for little tastes or eating off other&amp;#8217;s plates - every little bite counts. Even if you think you are eating healthy and keeping calories low, those pounds won&amp;#8217;t budge if you are making up for it with calories that you think &amp;#8216;don&amp;#8217;t count&amp;#8217; (you know the ones - that little bite of the kids&amp;#8217; leftovers, sampling that dessert, eaten that broken cookie piece). If you want a cookie, eat it, but sit down at the table and be present &amp;#8212; and enjoy every last bite of it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And be sure to continue with your produce, hyrdration, 250 cals and processed food swaps!&lt;/p&gt;
